The Last few weeks or so have been very sad as we have lost many great people. It seems that every time you turn on the TV someone else has died!
Today while watching the news, i saw that an ex NFL Player was found shot to death with his girlfriend. :( Sad. Last week we lost (probably the most notable of the bunch) The king of pop Michael Jackson. The world was saddened. Earlier the same day, Farrah Fawcett lost her battle with cancer. :( Very Sad. The king of of the pitchmen, Billy Mays was found dead by his wife. Even sadder. Ed McMahon, the once host of the kid talent show Star Search passed away...SAD! Two plane crashes, only one survivor.
I guess what I'm trying to say is, that while people die all the time, its sad when people that have entertained you go, many of them early. For example, i was a fan of the show Pitchmen on the discovery channel. When I heard that Billy Mays had passed away I couldn't understand the feeling i was having as i was not a huge fan of his. What i realized was, that you really don't have a full grasp of what you might feel if someone passes until they pass. I will truly miss Billy Mays and feel bad for his family. I am a huge fan of the NFL. I used to watch Steve McNair play on Sundays. While i was never a fan of his i am truly saddened by his passing and disgusted that someone took his life. I am a little to young to have been caught up in the Michael Jackson craze, but after he died i couldn't help but want to listen to his songs!
Life is short. Life is sad. What i suggest is that you live it to the fullest while you have it. Please remember those who have passed, both close to you and celebrities. I can honestly say we here at teenchatnow.net will miss them all.
